1. Send me an email to doncoccodrillo(at)gmail.com explaining your request or project idea with as much detail as you can. It will determine the price. Provide references if possible.

2. I will give you a price quote, and we will discuss how the project will be delivered to you and any additional details.

3. Once we're clear on the project and the client accepts the price, we'll consider the order official and I will send you an invoice.

4. I will begin working when payment is received. Accepted payment methods are Paypal (with a paypal account or with a credit/debit card) and wire transfers. For certain jobs over $500, you can pay half at the beginning and half upon receiving the project.

5. I will keep you updated on the progress of your order. Once the
order is complete, and depending on the delivery
method, I will send you an email , one you
will reply to in order to confirm your reception
of the project. If I don't receive word that your
project has not arrived within 10 days, I will
consider there was no problem with the order.

It's very important that you keep track of your
order on the progress page, so that you know if
your order has been sent.
